Gain Mass without gaining a Gut??

Im 34, 5'10 @ 183 Lbs. Thin frame. Hard gainer. Trying to go to 190 +
Currently on EQ

I do all the necessary...
Sleep 6-9 Hrs
Eat 5 meals. good example (1/2lbs chicken, 1 cup cooked rice, 1/2 cup beans)
Workout 5- 6 times a week.

Gains are coming, so thats not the issue... Issue is bloating + fat gain in mid section... since Im always eating, Im always bloated. Now when I wake up in the morning, my stomach is not flat like it used to.. Its like if I have just eaten a big meal.

Am I eating too much? (If so, then I wont gain weight if I dont eat as much?)

I just started to do abs, but this is not a solution as muscle will be built under the bloating and fat. But still good to do them.

Suggestions on combating the midsection problem?

fattening up while bulking is practically normal. now, the question is..just how much fat will be put on to you and the fact that how long you'll be taking them off when cutting.

i'd say keep a strict eye on ur diet and you'll be fine. also, add simple cardios...u don't want to be not able to walk up stairs anymore. seriously

i admit i pigged out and put on fake size, more fat than muscles and i wasn't much stronger.
