gain mass x been ripped

hi guys, i know that very difficult be ripped and gain mass at tha same time but with a aerobic train 30 minutes 3 times per week . it is possible?

It's possible, but it won't be very fast, imo.

I would try to focus on one or the other for a month and see how that goes.
 
My last bulking cycle, I gained muscle and lost fat without cardio!!!

IMO with the proper diet it is possible!!! Eat clean calories and you'll be surprised at what changes you can do to your body!! I have always thought that is wasn't possible to do both at once, but I seen it with my own eyes.

i agree, especially when using anabolics, it can be achieved.

I planon doing a 500 mg test cycle for my first ver very soon. Im gonna be doing cardio a few times a week and eating extremly clean. Can any one recomend and amount of carbs per pound of body weight to make sure i can attain both goals.
 
JohnnyB recommended that I do 30 minutes of low impact walking a day, nothing intense and that this should be enough to burn fat without taking away much from my precious calories.

I am starting to lose my "pouch" that was covering my bottom two abs. It doesn't happen nearly as fast as it would if you were running, but it still seems to allow you to benefit.
