gained 23 lbs in 3 weeks of 10 week cycle

guys
i'm 21 this my first cycle
cycle look like this
500mg susta for 10 weeeks+200mg deca for 10 weeks+25 mg anadrol for 5weeks
gained from 182lbs to 205lbs
still 7 weeks of my cycle left
any advice for as i'm a biggner
and tell what should i do in post cycle therapy (pct) i dont want to loose my gains
my coach said u will gain 15 more labs .tell me pls which should i buy for my post cycle therapy (pct)

in india coaches dont have good knowledge on post cycle therapy (pct)
 
I gained about the same amount the first 3 weeks of my last cycle that started in Sept. People assumed that it was mostly water weight, but I was on letro and rather dry. Keep up the good work.
 
Your poor mind is gooing to explode when you come off and reality sets in ! CAN YOU SAY PROZAC !!!!!!!
 
You were probably much under your genetic max. The gains are very good, a lot of people might downplay your results but listen, what works works. You added a nice amount of size on your frame which is what just about all of us are trying to do....good job.
 
Sounds like someone needs there ego stroked, and went fishing for a compliment:).
Seeing as there is no real question here, I can't see any other use for this post. Of course 23 lbs in 3 weeks SOUNDS good, but there is NO WAY you could've added more than 5, maybe 10 lbs of lean muscle, and even that would be absolutely amazing!
No one can really make an accurate assesment of your gains, from excellent to bad or whatever, since you didn't include a before and after picture. It's a common rookie mistake to use the scale as your main indicator of progress. If it goes up, I'm doing good - and if it goes down, I'm doing bad. I have to admit I've fallen into this trap in my early days of lifting, and all it did was leave me with a lot of fat that had to be dieted off.
So unless your a linebacker or something that will benefit from sheer mass (whatever it consists of), I suggest that you put away the scale(mentally) and focus on the mirror and body composition readings.
 
i had gains like this my first cycle, but i didnt look like the michellin man,lol. heres the pat on the back...good job. lets see some pics and then we can give you an honest assesment. but for an indian (i'm assuming) it sounds like you're on your way to bieng a monster. i cant say i've ever seen a 200+ pound east indian.

i just want to be huge lol! i dont damn care about %bf and now every body started calling me huge i'm 205 i want to be 250+ pounds and in fews years i will be and no need to give such bull shit suggetions to me,if u have poor genes that ur problem .

this is my coachs order . we indian follow our elders and here in gym everybody isjealous of me and everyboby is asking me what are u doing man u r growing so fast

he is 5'7"

definately get your post cycle therapy (pct) together. sounds like you have some good coaching stick with it. keep us posted on your gains- but leave the poll out next time:)

you should post pictures. Other people can see some things that you might not see, and can give you advice. You have to understand that we are here to help, and that you came here. It looks like you have a lot of good people backing you, but please don't post a question and when you don't like the answer, get mad. A lot of people here are very experienced in cycling and can give you a lot of good advice.

Also, you might think about not stacking so many different compounds for your next cycle. Yes, you are getting crazy gains - but let me ask you a question. Which one of those three is the most successful for you? You wouldn't be able to tell me, because it's your first cycle. Now, if you just took Sust, you could tell me, "I did a cycle of sust, and it's was really good or really bad". Just something to think about in the future, so you can really fine-tune your cycles in order to get the most outta them.


And one last thing. If you don't care about body composition (fat) and you don't care about strength, then why are you on gear??? I mean, will you ever care about any of the two? Because if you just want to be 250 lbs of fat, you don't need steroids to do that...
