Seeing as there is no real question here, I can't see any other use for this post. Of course 23 lbs in 3 weeks SOUNDS good, but there is NO WAY you could've added more than 5, maybe 10 lbs of lean muscle, and even that would be absolutely amazing!
No one can really make an accurate assesment of your gains, from excellent to bad or whatever, since you didn't include a before and after picture. It's a common rookie mistake to use the scale as your main indicator of progress. If it goes up, I'm doing good - and if it goes down, I'm doing bad. I have to admit I've fallen into this trap in my early days of lifting, and all it did was leave me with a lot of fat that had to be dieted off.
So unless your a linebacker or something that will benefit from sheer mass (whatever it consists of), I suggest that you put away the scale(mentally) and focus on the mirror and body composition readings.

kinda the same happned with me i added 20 lbs in the first 6 weeks cycle of 350 mg sust/week people said to me its water but hell no it wasn't but the bad thing that i stoped growing further till the 10th week so i had to upp the dose to 500mg to add only extra 5lbs till the end of the 12 week

Good Idea, as that's all this post reall was anyway. There's nothing wrong with sharing your gains on this site, and being proud of them. But when you make a BS poll like that without the proper info for the voters to make an informed decicion it just looks egotistical. I highly doubt anyone is going to vote that a 20 something pound gain in a matter of weeks is a "Bad" gain, however, without pics and more stats they don't really know what they are voting about.
I don't know where the whole "bad genes" thing came from. It's just physically impossible for more than maybe a third of those pounds to be muscle. And even that would require a lot more drugs and genetics that very few possess. Bodybuilding is about persistance and regularity. You don't get huge by makeing this huge quick gains, it's done by consistantly doing what needs to be done and sticking with it. Last I weighed myself I was 271 at about 15%BF standing 6'1". I didn't put that weight on by blasting it out in 3 weeks, it tooks years of consistant eating and training. Even when eating a chicken breast with rice is the last thing in the world I wanted to do, I did it - that is what works.
No matter how much you don't care about your composition now, if you stick with this long enough you eventually will - trust me. I used to think the same thing, I don't care what it looks like, I just want more mass! Well eventually your gonna be big, and your gonna be fat. Then you'll have to spend all this time dieting and losing the fat, which trust me is not fun. So I'd suggest making it easier on yourself the first go around and try to gain as lean of mass as possible. Even if it's for a sport, you'll play better with muscle and not fat. This is to say nothing of the health risks that come along with excessive abdominal fat and a very high BMI.

you should come up to canada...I cant even say ive never seen a 350+ lb indian...these kabbadi boys are huge......as for the 200+ lb indian
 
i have put on another 7 labs in a week now i'm 213 pounds in weight
and my bp is fine i have gone through all tests . i'm happy so far i have added 30 pounds in 4 weeks
 
I would NOT take 300mg of clomid. But that's just me.

Here's my post cycle therapy (pct) routine which has worked very well for me.

clomid 100mgs
nolva 20mgs
ldex 0.25mg

I run that for 30 days. And I throw in an anti-cortisol like Reduce XT for the first 2 weeks.
