I'm up to 179lbs bf%11.2 from 155 bf%was 10.1
Diet is great
Been at it since june been on hrt and that's when most of my gains occured id say since starting hrt I've gained aproxomatly 15lbs my test level is around 750-800total on low days 1200total high days my question is,are these gains muscle ?since my bf has only increased by 1.1% an mostly before hrt?I seen on this forum giys cycling had a level of. 1400 and gained 1lb of muscle a week for twelve weeks is it possible I'm achieving half that or is it just water?
