gakic and muscletech hardcore...

so i looked into some muscletech gear and found that gakic and the hardcore crap looks to be ok? any advice? i already know there over priced so please dont tell me that. they are crazy in price but im asking about the effects of these 2 products! thanks guys!!!!!

Do a little bit of research and find out what the main ingredients are in those prodcuts.

Then go find a similar product (which will cost much less) and use that.

Companies like trueprotein and bulknutrition sell alot of bulk powders. Buy those and make your own "muscletech supplements" if that what you want to use. You'll get better quality ingredients for a fraction of the price.

The Gakic did nothing for me, I tried a free sample they were giving away and it had no effect.
