34 5'8" 158..only suuplements I've used. Don't know how to get gear. Wish I did. I did try a Winstrol (winny) cycle like a few years back for like 5 weeks, but that was givenm to me from a friend who went to Mexico and got it from some Animal vet store.

I am a hardgainer, train hard, tried all different variations in workout regiment. Creatine, protein, done them all. Not in my genes.

So basically this PH I just bought is junk? I should just toss out? I'm on day two of it...

Not all PH are shit. There were very good PH that worked incredibly. Give us some your stats. The truth is it's not what you take but it's what you eat , when you eat it and how much you eat. You sound young so you natural test is high. you stated your a hard gainer this is the second clue that your young. do a search for eat to grow.

Gearded up was a well know personality in the Bodybuilding community. He faked is death once and was involved in some pretty bad stuff. I think anyone using that name for a product line should be discounted right from the start.

What's the active compound?
Hard gainers just need to learn how to eat to grow.

I previously stated I am 34. I am not new to weightlifting, like I said I have tried everything but gear. Yes I do eat tons of protein. Yes I've tried all crazy diets and supplements. Even had trainers a few times.

Practically all PH's don't aromatize our cause prolactin......definatly right about not being able to run them for extended periods of time though.

Day 3 and this stuff seem to be working....my muscles do feel hard, and pump but no change in strength.
