Getting back after 2 surgeries.

So after a shoulder and gyno surgery this weekend i'm officially getting back to the gym and a good diet plan.

My stats are 26yr 185 5'11 maybe 12-14% bf.

Goals are 185-190 8-10 percent bf

My biggest problems going in are as follows.

1. Was on pain medication for way too long. I kicked them about 14 days ago; but they really dragged my energy and spirit down.
2. Was drinking; generally be irresponsible while being on PKs and antibiotics.
3. Diet went to hell; mostly garbage with little consistency
4. Lost some muscle mass; gained maybe 8-10 lbs of fat
5. Shoulder pain
6. Loss of cardio endurance
7. Laid off from a job I loved

The ways I'm tackling most of these is as follows.
1. Coming on here and putting all my excuses out in the open.
2. Drinking tons of water; general focus on detoxing
3. Getting non narcotic sleep
4. Getting consistent diet down
5. Jogging 2 miles 5 days a week
6. 5 Day split of lifting one day per major muscle group
