anyone know good training workouts for bigger bis i just use the cables and thats it by bicep has a nice lil cut split in the middle of my bis but not really big anyone know any good techniques if so lemme know thanks alot.

Your bis aren't going to get much bigger than they already are until your body gets bigger overall. I doubt you are ever going to put an inch on your arms unless you put on a proportionate amount of lean mass on the rest of your body. This is unless you are not very advanced at all.

LOL Bro like the above bros mentioned you need to get bigger... how many men have you seen with 20 inch biceps and a 30 inch chest with 18 inch quads?

SQUATS, DEADLIFTS, BENCH PRESSING...

Otherwise to hit the biceps i keep it to only 9 sets, 3 sets barbell curls, 3 sets preacher curls, 3 sets bench curls(lie facedown on the bench with your arms hanging at the sides and grab a heavy dumbbell... curl it up(with very strict form) so it touches the other side of the bench and then slowly lower it... fuckin painful shit but it works well and its in a much more comfortable position, also it wont let you cheat as long as you keep your chest glued to the bench).

Remember triceps makes up 2/3rds of your arms too... close grip bench presses(real heavy bastards preferably in a smith machine and dips are your friend here)...

A great way to warm up for biceps is doing 5 minutes on the treadmill then hittin the pulldown for a couple of minutes real light weight just tug on it until you get a nice heated feeling in the lats... Hope this helps bro... good luck!

Oh yeah... to really make the muscle work make sure you squeeze the bicep/tricep and take your time lowering the weight... youll grow like a crazy summabych... you might need some glutamine after some curls though it can get quite painful sometimes.

For me i have noticed a huge difference in arm size by doing hammer curls. Now i can do BW dips so i'm doing everything i can.

All you gotta do is train your shoulder girdle(chest, shoulders & back) hard and heavy.

Usually when you have a 50" chest your arms will definetly be about 20".
