Getting enough rest?

Am I hurting my muscle/size potenial by not giving them a chance to rest?
For the last 1.5 months I have been working out chest,tris,bis,back/shoulders, 3-4 excersizes for each group, 6-7 days aweek. I put on 20 lbs in this time and have not been sore atall and have noticable visual gains and slight gains in weights.


Since this is obviously working as indicated by my weight gain should I stick to it, or is the lack of atleast one days rest huting me?

I dont work legs asmuch as I should but im 6'2 185 so I view my upper body as alittle more important right now.
