Came across this article, and wanted to test it out. I've got 4 weeks, so let the madness begin.

From Geek to Freak: How I Gained 34 lbs. of Muscle in 4 Weeks

I will be running Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Gym time will be Tuesday and Thursday, using only Nautilus machines, for a full body workout. I'm going to go at the strength training from a HIT standpoint.

Nothing special in the diet area, except for an increase of protein intake. I will post pictures each week.

Thanks man. Yeah the Colorado Experiment seems pretty legit. I'm hoping to see some results by the end of this.

Yeah, I know I'm incredibly skinny and weak looking. That's the point of the exercise. =P Tomorrow is the first day of PT at the gym.

Today was the first day at the gym and I did roughly 7-8 Nautilus machines. Put on as much weight as I could handle and busted out about 5-10 reps on each machine, until I could not do another rep. I did all of these reps in a slow and controlled 5/5 tempo. I decided to throw swimming in with my routine. So now I run every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and workout & swim every Tuesday, and Thursday. I'm swimming about 30 minutes continuously using a combat side stroke on each side. I will post pictures next Monday, even if things haven't changed.

I'm eating like a freaking machine. My diet really isn't any different than normal. My metabolism takes methamphetamine. =P

you couldnt even put on 34lbs in 28 days on huge doses of aas. sorry but i think this is clearly a ploy to sell something. complete bullshit.

haha yeah I only have 4 weeks until I go off to Alaska, so I'm only doing this stuff until then. When I get up to Alaska, I plan on following the West Side for Skinny Bastards routine.
 
Thats def a solid program, i think for anybody at beginner level or advanced its the simple heavy moves that produce the maqic;)
 
I didn't post pictures, but I have been keeping up with this workout plan very strictly, except I skipped running Monday because I was super congested, and felt like shit. I have already made progress muscularly. My abs are popping out, and I feel a lot stronger lifting with my arms. I will post pictures soon! HIT on Nautilus Machines using slow tempo works great. =D
 
i agree with massive123... no fucking way u can put on that much weight that fast... especially muscle... its physically impossible... u could take all the sauce in the world. i used to be skinny as shit and the program might work a little but u wont gain that much. just eat everything u can get your hands on and lift hard hard hard and heavy heavy... thats what helped my skinny ass get to be big. good luck bro.
