Roush - You're right about not running 19nors on first cycle, but people are going to do what they want to do. Personally, I find arimidex too strong, and only necessary when I throw in TNE on top of my original 400-700mg of test ester cycle due to its extremely high conversion.

if you can run 700mg of test , and not need to run an AI because you are "super non-armoatizer man" , then thats great for YOU . But, for most guys, an AI is an essential tool in the AAS tool belt; and telling people they 'don't need it' , is probably not a good idea just because 'you' yourself may not need it .*

* however, I'd like to know what your blood work shows your E2 levels are at after 10 weeks of running 700mg of test. you may not 'feel' like you need to run an AI, but unless you get blood work done to show that to be true, then its NOT true
