Getting There!!

My observations - Is it you have a very narrow clavical or thick waist? Either way you really going to have to hit those medial delts. The illusion of a taper just isn't there right now. Its all most up and down.

Secondly - Man your already fairly well developed, you gotta know that adding 25 "quality" pounds just doesn't happen. At your developmen thats a good 1 1/2 of hard training. Again i say "quality". So don't get bummed when that doesn't happen.

Everything else is looking good. stick with it and see what happens.

Thanks for the critique. I do have a wide waist, but I can still bring it down another three inches off what it is now. But I don't want the illusion of a 'v' taper!! lol

Why would you say 25 quality pounds doesn't happen. I never said it would be easy, and it may take more than a year or two, that's just a goal I have set. i don't ever plan on competeing so if I don't hit that exactly, I won't be disappointed, or bummed as you say.

I am just a thick dude with a wide waist who will prolly always be a thick dude with a wide waist. Just trying to get a little better development in the next few years.

Thanks again.

Eat clean and train heavy and consistant, and 25 pound gains in a couple of years can be achived

25lbs of muscle? 1.5 years? can be done faster than that, even if you already developed. trust me on this one. now that you got a good routine (we need to talk about you nutrtion though) skies the limit. PM me bro. or call me and well talk.

oh and btw you look great, not as good as the you hot mama but........

Thanks PB. I know, I'l never look as hot as she will. lol (check my sig below).

I'll call you tonight sometime to talk about my diet. Thanks for your help.

btw, the routines working great.

looking good bro. the quad separation is just super when you leaned out.

i don't know your gameplan/objectives, but i'll throw this in there anyways : since you're juicing, why not put on some major size first ?

If I were you, I'd hit the heavy PL movements, eat well, rest, juice, hit 270 or so (maybe more) and THEN start leaning out.

You are absolutely right T. I was just feeling really shitty with all that extra fat on me. I tend to hold it easy and I wanted to get a good bit of it off before I started adding major pounds.
The other thing is I have never done any cardio during a cycle, and I think with my easy gaining ability, I can bulk, just with some cardio toi keep my BF levels in check. I want to get to around 240-250 lean. That is my goal.

Thanks for the advice and the comps.
