Does anyone know if once I get the surgery if it is still possible to get gyno in that pec??

It's possible. I've seen close to a dozen people say they gotten it again after having the surgery.

Gyno can happen at strange times...there's still a lot to learn here. In my earlier days, I did heavy cycles of D-bol, Test, & Deca with no anti-estrogens what so ever. I never developed gyno and I paid very close attention to my body. After 6 cycles during a 2 year period, I decided to quit the juice. One year after my last cycle, gyno appeared in the form of a lump under my left nipple. I hadn't touched anything in one year! I was 20 years old and very scared, because I thought that it could have been a malignant tumor or something. I had a biopsy and they found it to me benign to my relief. He said that it was just hormone growth and nothing to worry about. In fact, he didn't even cut it all out because he wasn't worried about it at all.

Gyno can happen unexpectedly at various times, which my experience has proved. Soreness was never a symptom in my case. I just found a hard lump under the nipple.

I got gyno forming after only 3 days on only 20 mg dbol. I had done a test only cycle prior to that with no problems. I think dbol raises test and estrogen to quickly.... I still have a little lump in there and I was worried about the tumour thing as well. The good news is only 1000 men in the US per year get breast cancer, so the ods are pretty low. Also, breast cancer lumps don't hurt, gyno is often sore.

Average could be $2500-$5000. That's for both pecs though.I don't know about one sided.

Thanks, got the surgery this morning. I could not take a pic because I just moved and don't know where my camera is. I will take pics after it heals showing both pecs for comparison.

So far it is going ok. my pec does not hurt at all, but I feel kind of sick and my throat hurts, headache etc. It was less than an hour. They drugged me up then numbed my chest. I fell asleep and then awoke in the recovery. Felt like I just slept all night.

There is some bleeding but it seems to have stopped. I did not get a prostetic but he said if there is a void under the nip then it will fill in eventually. Anything is better than having one normal pec and one swollen like a girl just starting puberty!

My left nip was probably 1/4" wider than my normal one. And the doctor told me the tissue was probably a little small than a golf ball!!!!

I always heard that under the surface the gyno is larger than you think. Makes sense that perhaps you only feel it after it has grown pretty large. I will try and snap some pics showing a comparison.

My insurance is going to cover it, but I have to cough up the $500 deductible. Bummer.
