GH and cycle help - Avoiding prolactin

Hello! I am a relativly inexperienced user in need for help. I have done 4cycles and dealt with quite the consequences.
I wanna get back on the horse now, after over 1year break. The reason for the break is because I tried test, tren, eq and d-bol in my 4th cycle and it really fucked me up (triggered an underlying PTSD - probably the tren + eq).
I now feel normal and good again, but it has taking its time. Anyway, I have found out deca and trenbolone really isnt for me(+steroids that causes anxiety; eq+d-bol). I get serious side effects from prolactin, and i also need to be alot more careful if im gonna continue.

I have never tried any growth hormones but i think i wanna start with this for maybe a year or so. So i need help on this. Are there any GH's (IGF-1 LR3?) that doesnt effect prolactin? Because if they all do, i can't do that.
Other than that I think I will only be doing 6-8weeks of test prop(maybe stack with t-bol/anavar after some cycles). I have never done test only, but the cycle i did with test and EQ yielded best results, compared to deca and tren, actually. But i wont do EQ again, because of anxiety might occure again. SO peoples, tips and tricks on this one?

I wanna play, but if im gonna play i wanna do it safe. I am now 23years old and have been an advanced powerlifter but now i just wanna get a great body and train hard with necceessarly squatting myself to the grave.
 
Allright, lets ask in another way. What HGH would you guys recommend? And also what doesnt effect prolactin?
Maybe every other month on/off IGF-1 LR3 and 2months on and off test prop?
