well i have been running gh for a bit now.

i started it without slin and ran it that way for a bit, now that i added slin [log] i see more of a difference and feel to get the most out of your gh

slin is a must [my opinion] . i feel more full, hell i just feel good all around.

the carpal tunnel is the one draw back , it gets painful and wakes me up in the middle of the night and feel abit tired but will live with it.

i am only running 3 ius aday [jin] 1 in the morning and 2 an hour before i train and log is taken right after training

i am 284 lbs right now ,,have been this heavy before but it looks different this time, i look fuller, i look bigger:D

i hope to continue running it for atleast a year

just a little update

Bro, here's something to think about. HGH can cause insulin resistance, so get a glucose meter. Check your blood sugars before a meal, your blood sugars should be between 70-120mg/dl. Then 2 hours after that meal check them again they should be back down to the normal range. If they're not your insulin resistant, using slin at that point wouldn't be a good idea, because you'll only be resisting the extra slin.

At that point check into Avandia or Actos, they both work at the muscle cells, so the muscles will accept the glucose that's not being used because they're resisting insulin which shuttles it into the muscle cells.

Here's the website http://www.avandia.diabeteslife.com/avandia/index.html
