I might be trying GH for the first time, and was thinking of doing 4-5iu ED training days and then 2 iu the 2 days I dont train.
This for 6-8 months.
Or to run Igf1 50mcg 5 days a week for 2 months on 2 off and then 2 on again.
I get the GH dirt cheap but have never used it before, I have tried igf1 at that dose and thought it was ok.
I do weigh around 245 at about 12% BF, been clean for 1 year now and will be coming back on some time next year for a competition.
But what would you choose for Muscle gains? Would the Gh give more new cells then Igf1?
