Give Rest/Pause Sets A Chance

Since incorporating rest/pause sets of Incline BB press, I've seen more development in my chest in the past six weeks than I have in the past six months. Definitely will be incorporating rest/pause into my other body part workouts. Highly recommend it to anyone at a sticking point with a bodypart.
 
I just started doing these for chest today.

Do you usually get more or less reps this way? I got less, but maybe cause my shoulder was giving out.

These have always worked great for me for deads so hopefully they work the same way for bench, which has always been my weakest lift.
 
When going heavy avoid this like the plague....in core movements...especially if you pause below your starting point in the lift
