glutamine???would it help??

hey, I recently set up my workouts like this...instead of 3 days (tues,thurs,sat) with my trainer i changed it to back-to-backs on tues,wed,fri,sat. what I was wondering is, I work the muscles twice a week, and have no problems like overtraining that i can see yet, but I was wondering if it would help to speed up the recovery if I added some glutamine in there with my daily shakes on training days.
