Going to London for a month, need a gym!

ill be in Hampton Wick Kingston Upon Thames, Greater London on Friday

staying there for 3 1/2 weeks, never been there.

anyone know of any gyms, prefereably open early or 24 hours?

Found a fwe places online, one called Roy's Gym, one called Esporta Health & Fitness ...anyone from the UK area???
