I am soon to turn 40 and have been getting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) from my regular physician. After reading through numerous threads and posts I'm convinced that it has been done wrong for over a year and a half. He first started me on one pack of androgel, then moved me to two a day and my t-levels moved into the 400's. The gel quit working after about a year and for the last 6 months he's had me on test cyp injections @ 1cc per month, my t-levels were 104 in 9/2008, 127 12/2008 and 126 in march of this year. The test were all taken the same days as my visit to get my next injection. I'm guessing that that is where i had fallen to from the 1cc from month prior. With all the reading on this site I see that he is no where near correct in his methods. I am going in one week to endo but am unsure if he will be as agressive as the advice on this site. I suspect that due to the grape sized testicles that I have had all my life that I do have a problem. Do you who are on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) use a endo or one of the internet clincs/physicians
