Hi ladies, I am using my hubbys profile to just ask a quick question. Hope you guys can help me out. I am trying to lose some weight. I do cardio and some weight lifting currently. I was doing carb cycling because my hubby has had great results with it. But it seems his self control is better than mine, lol. I do okay dieting and eating fairly clean, but if I go without carbs I get headaches wooziness and become very bitchy
Do you ladies know any diet plans that have the kinda results of carb cycling but allow me to eat carbs more regularly during the day? This may just be hopeful thinking lol.....
