Good diet for cutting bf & possibly gain lbm??

My gear just came in the other day and I'm psyched to test e and tren :) I need some advice on diet.
Stats:
186lb
~15% bf

Goal:
Get down to 9% bf by May (~5months)

Cycle:
Weeks 1-8

500mg/wk test e
.5mg Arimidex eod

Weeks 8-16

500mg/wk test e
300 mg/ week tren e

Diet:
Lifting days (MWFS):
3100 CALORIES(Maintenence)
40p/30c/30f

Off days/Cardio days (TUES.THURS.SUN)
2600 Calories
500p/20c/30f

So yes gona be carb cycling. Any tips, advice, input would help!
 
This is a question for 3j but in my experiences you can continue to make gains while cutting, especially if you're starting at the 15% mark with careful manipulation of your carbs. Limit carbs to the times that your blood sugar is the lowest and when your muscles need them the most (breakfast, pre and post workout). Complex carbs for breakfast and pre-workout, simple carbs post workout. Additionally, do cardio later in the day instead of on an empty stomach.
