good mass workout routine during aas?

There are plenty on this forum.. the thing is i dont know what all of the movements are called in english so i cant help u, but i will give u my split.

Mon: Legs (and calves)
Tue: Chest/Abs
Wed: Back/Traps
Thur: Shoulders/Triceps
Fri: Biceps/Abs
