Lots of different ways they can be done. Lower back, hams, and glutes. I like them with a narrow stance and stiff legs. Like I said there's lots of different variations.
yup, right after deads. if ya got anything left after deads. if this proves to be a bit much you can alternate them weekly. one week deads next week GMs. stiff legs and rck pulls can added to this rotation as well. have at it oh wee one.
