Part of the benefit of eating (chewing food) is the bulk fill your stomach and release signals to indicate your full, also you want slow digesting proteins and carbs to for you metabolism to boost up and work for the nutrients. If you blend your food you not forcing you digestive system to work and as well adverse affect is your metabolism will drop and if your body building the nutrients wont last long enough in your system to recover/rebuild properly, your probably find that you will be fatigued more often, Bro you need to eat not drink
