Hey brothers just wanted to share the good news..A month ago I started dieting and getting ready for my first competition in june..Before I started i weighed 214 with 17% BF and had 177 lbs of lean muscle..I just got back from the bodybuilder that is training me and giving me diet plan and I weighed 215 at 12% BF and had 187 lbs of lean muscle..Im 5'10 by the way...just wanted to share the news

sounds good - I'm going to guess that this is the first time that you really have ate properly and trained they way you are?

On second thought i decided to do a little more looking into your background because these things always alarm me. Can you explain why yesterday you posted you were 221 lbs then in another post maybe a month ago you posted 218 @ 16% then back in october you posted that you were 215 lbs @ 12%.......then a little further back you say your 220 lbs @ 13%????

Then in one post you tell us you've been training for 6 years then in the next you say you've only been training 4 years..

Which one is it or are you having a hard time remembering?? Maybe these will refresh you memory.

Only doing my job :) because if i didn't i'd have guys asking my they can't gain 10 lbs of muscle and lose 5% bodyfat at the same time.....

Man those were incorrect assumptions that i made just guessing by looking..yesterday when i said i weighed 221 i did...but that was while i was working out and i was drinking large amounts of water while working...but what i said about a month ago about weight and bodyfat was true and what i said today was true..i got official measurements finally..sorry for the wrong information

And yes this is the first time that i have actually weighed out my diet on scale and have eaten properly..I also lied about my age in earlier post so i wouldnt get hounded because people do that when teens juice...i said i was 22 earlier...but i am only 19 and i have been training seriously since 15

Keep listening and doing what he says and i'm sure you'll stay on the right track....

I know I couldn't cut on 500g of carbs / day - lucky you
