dude i already answered this question.

this is also your 9th supplement question on the first page of the supplement section.

Vitamins - yes
Tribulus - you already have my opinion on this
Glutamine - not necesary
BCAA - not necesary
CEE - yes
Whey - yes after workouts
NOX CG3 - I have no idea what it is, but it sounds like bullshit. Im guessing its a nitric oxide product. If you buy this shit your an idiot.

Eat, lift, sleep, and do it all over again. Dont worry so much about supplements. If you could buy magic supplements and get ripped/swol/strong everybody would look like Ronnie Coleman.

rofl true enough. I use to be big naturally but I started to lose alot of weight due to depression. But Im getting back into the swing of things so im trying to find the best ways to gain back.

desperate sorta

but with age you decrease in hormones as with everyone. so its harder to gain the mass you had in the past.

true, but NO2 products and glutamine arent where its at.

Give the tribulus and ZMA (zma at bedtime) a try. I feel pretty confident that tribulus has had an effect on me. With the ZMA, at least youll be getting zinc, magnesium, and i believe vitamin b6, and it helps you sleep, even if it does have no effect on hormones.

the place in my sig sells both CEE and the tribulus. They sell glutamine too, but like i said, its really unecessary...i believe it is given to post op patients in catabolic states to prevent muscle atrophy. If youre eating right, you should be in an anabolic state anyway, so you should have nothing to worry about.

alright thanks. Ill give trib and zma a try.

glutamine does have its place though, the main thing is just getting the basics down...diet, training, sleep, and a few supps (vitamins, CEE, and trib/zma).

Seriously, diet will do more for you than any powder or pill ever will. I read that there was a study done on athletes, bodybuilders, and sumo wrestlers, and that sumo wrestlers had as much muscle as bodybuilders. They dont even train with weights, they just eat massive amount of food, more than most bodybuilders most likely. I need to look into it and see if this is true, but the source i got it from it is a good one, so i assume it is.

the main problem with glutamine is that about 80-90% of it is used to rebuild the lining of the stomach. it almost never makes it into your intestines. ther are ways around this however.

You cannot give Reputation to the same post twice.

friend of mine in a nearby country says he made gains from NO2. i call bullshit, but he swears by it. wtf? i'm gonna have to jump on a plane and kick his ass. NO2 products DON'T WORK!, except for this one freak.
