I have whey to build muscle cinnamon bun flavor right now. The best I've ever had. I swear this stuff has sugar in it it tastes so good but it only has 4g carbs per serving.

No comparison. This is the only thing I buy. It has the hot chocolate/cocoa flavor when mixed with milk and is soooo good. I gulp that shit down. Will buy NOTHING else.

i use that stuff too. but cake batter flavor.

the nice part about the 4g carbs is 2g's is fiber. so 2 scoup is 4g fiber...not bad for whey IMO


i also toss in blueberries, rasberries, banana, oatmeal, PB, olive oil, etc

just depends on my mood.

I use amplified mass xxx but it has 300 g of carbs and 50 grams of protien.Dumb question but why do you need less carbs.Thanks.

i like it better than myo, personally. C&C is amazing.

iforce protean was pretty damn good too and red velvet is coming out soon.... noticed its 20g protein per scoop tho so its a tad lower there.... taste makes up for it IMO
