Hi, im a 35 year old male, 5'9'' 176lbs at 12%bf.
last year from Januari to May i cutted down from 19% bf to 9% at 1800 - 2000 Kcal a day. Lifting heavy 4 times a week and feeling good but had to go lower in calories to get same results compared to what i am used to (-500).
Then from august gradually upping calories to 2500. In november my energy levels crashed and i got irritable. Along with that came low libido/no morning wood, brainfog, difficulty finding words and generally feeling like an old man mentally and physically.
I must admit that work was very stressful during that time but generally i like/can handle that.
In Jan this year i went to the doc. He ordered a basic lab test (RBC, WBC, Lipids) and came back fine. He said you're probably overworked. I asked for a hormone panel but he refused.
Its almost 8 months now since these issues started and i'm basically the same with some minor fluctuations. Therefore i ordered lab work from a private lab which includes hormone panels. I hope some can help to interpret these results. Thanks.
