Government almost got me with a controlled delivery.

there are a ton of UGLs that make good gear and have good rep. here on this particular site you hear mostly about 1 for various reasons. i know several quality ugls that don't WANT people on sites like this mentioning them or posting pics and shit precisely because they want to avoid this shit like the OP talking about.
 
Fact is even though you and I know 500 pills may be for a cycle or two and not for distribution, the gov't looks at the sheer number and says "holy shit...500?? OMG!!!" Immediately your a dealer...

Just a messed up situation. So, ive heard different things. Am I fucked, or am I going to be ok?
 
It would probably cost a lot of money and I'm not an attorney or anything but could you sue them for entrapment and trespassing?

His property would need to be posted for "NO Trespassing". The Govt. took control of a controlled substance for delivery to his address....
They did not just wander to his door enforcing Martial Law or something..
they obviously wanted to search his place...

Big difference between a schedule III substance and just a prescription-required one. I'm pretty sure (likely differs due to state law) that possession doesn't even carry any risk for something as mundane as caber.
