That's my point...it is. But no one fights the issue and follow orders like good sheep lol.
It's a loophole - you can't fight it.
It's like how the 4th amendment protects people who conceal carry; even if conceal carrying is illegal in your state/city. You sign away your rights via the terms and agreements when you sign up for your driver's license, and if you don't sign you simply don't get your driver's license. The act of traveling is a right(unless a felon/pedophile), but the act of traveling by boat, car, plane is not.
