You sign away your rights via the terms and agreements when you sign up for your driver's license, and if you don't sign you simply don't get your driver's license. Yes I get that but what I'm saying is interstate transportation is a right. You shouldn't need a divers license or anything else but by signing it you're right, you forfeit rights.

My cousin is married to a cop. After they had reports of peeping toms in her neighborhood, her then fiancé got her a SWAT dog. Completely black as night and vicious as hell. Really An amazing dog and trained well. I can vouch for not getting a chance to react when he attacks!

Law enforcement isn't so simple, but they sure as hell know large quantities doesn't necessarily mean distribution. They were better off trying to find evidence of sales than have you sign a package. You're not liable for someone sending your illegal material through the mail, whether you sign for it or not. You're only liable if they can prove you knew what the contents of the box was prior to signing for it (innocent until proven guilty).

You would have the charges dropped if police came to your property, and searched your property without your consent. Police officers can't do, and nether can dogs.
