Government almost got me with a controlled delivery.

That's my point...it is. But no one fights the issue and follow orders like good sheep lol.

It's a loophole - you can't fight it.

It's like how the 4th amendment protects people who conceal carry; even if conceal carrying is illegal in your state/city. You sign away your rights via the terms and agreements when you sign up for your driver's license, and if you don't sign you simply don't get your driver's license. The act of traveling is a right(unless a felon/pedophile), but the act of traveling by boat, car, plane is not.

Yes I get that but what I'm saying is interstate transportation is a right. You shouldn't need a divers license or anything else but by signing it you're right, you forfeit rights.

I'm glad you didn't sign for the package, consider this your one freebie and go domestic from now on. Personally I have a SWAT trained German Shepard so it's always nice knowing that no one can get within 100 feet of my house without me knowing about it :)

If there would had been an agent that came into my backyard he wouldn't have lived through it.

Must be slow for them or something to come after you. That or they're trying to build a case on your source and need someone to set it up. Lame. At least you're posting on here and not sitting in lockup. :D

less cannabis charges... dea wants to MAKE you put your tax dollars some place to fund them...

Who the agent or your dog?

Glad to hear you're alright. Luckily the DEA is more concerned with meth production around where I live. Anabolics is the last thing on everyone's mind.

The agent lol, good luck shooting a dog that will be on you in less than 2 seconds that moves 35 miles an hour, is a very small target and weighs 110 pounds that is trained to go for your throat.

And it would be completely legal, at least where I live.

Pretty easy for a man to kill a dog TBH.

My cousin is married to a cop. After they had reports of peeping toms in her neighborhood, her then fiancé got her a SWAT dog. Completely black as night and vicious as hell. Really An amazing dog and trained well. I can vouch for not getting a chance to react when he attacks!

I am the big fish. I didn't feel like going through the trouble to make the dbol for only 500 of them and thought I would support one of our sponsors.

Sounds like i'm pretty fucked.

I do not legally own firearms. I do have a criminal record from killing someone in self defense, but that was expunged by video evidence.

It was most likely because I linked you guys a video of me squatting.

If this is in America the charges would be dropped as police can't just come up to your property and start searching shit.

Technically, no. Police reports, however, are like fantasy novels and police officers can get pretty creative.

Sad, sad world we live in. If that energy was focused on more productive issues like, I don't know, distribution of methamphetamine and child pornography.. Who am I kidding? Law enforcement isn't so simple, but they sure as hell know large quantities doesn't necessarily mean distribution. They were better off trying to find evidence of sales than have you sign a package. WHICH BY THE WAY I DON'T UNDERSTAND. If someone sends me a package full of methamphetamine, and I merely sign for it, I am immediately held responsible for said package?

Depends on what the form you didn't read says.

For all you know it could have been a slavery contract.
My point is that nobody reads anything.
308's delivery form could have been a confession in disguise, what makes one assume a controlled delivery uses a standard form?

You're not liable for someone sending your illegal material through the mail, whether you sign for it or not. You're only liable if they can prove you knew what the contents of the box was prior to signing for it (innocent until proven guilty).

You would have the charges dropped if police came to your property, and searched your property without your consent. Police officers can't do, and nether can dogs.

Drug dogs need a warrant to sniff at your door, Supreme Court rules (+video) - CSMonitor.com

Katz V. United States discusses privacy, and it's illegal to search someone's home without a warrant.

That wouldn't hold up in court as not everyone knows how to read, or may be dyslexic.
