Damn 90 lbs on the sled kicked my F'in ass
workout took about 15 minutes including short 40-50 sec rest periods..

100 times harder than riding a stationary bike for 40 minutes..
cant wait until i can fit in my speedo :insane2:

BTW-a little ingenuity and you can make a sled yourself..mine cost $0.0

you need a handler? lol
hey bubba- i think i figured something out ive been wearing my shirt so that it is wrapped around my delts and part way around my back..i was just checking out some photos from the II crew (they mostly wear Inzer DD's) and they have a lot of slack in the back and sides and the shirt really just hangs on the delt??
dont worry im still gonna try to get in a few training sessins with them

i used mine in my backyard..2 laps around is about 300 feet..
if i didnt have a yard i would just go out and use it in the street or in a park

of if your lucky enough to live on the coast, take it to the beach, can run up the water line or thru the dry sand... i bet pullin thru the sand is tough as shit...plus hot chicks in bikinis, and an ocean to jump in when your done!!! i might be in da basement weldin up a sled my self this weekend!!!

where do you guys use your sleds? i would rather do some sled stuff than run

my brother in law makes them for 50 bucks a pop. you pay the shipping which i beleive is about 20 bucks in the states. youd have to check that though. we're in NC.

I keepmine in the trunk of the car. It along with base weight (90 lbs) goes everywhere I go. When I pull, I drive to a service road between two gas stations that is 100 yards long. When I pull heavy 300-325 I plop the weights that live outside the house in the trunk and have at it. Usually 2 x a week for time 15-20 minutes total with 135, or 4, 50 yard passes with 300-325. Beats the hell outta me:D
