hey hows everyone doing??
I've been readin along for a little while now, and thought I might finally add a line or two to the forum.
So i started my first cycle at the beginning if this month (june/04)
Stats
age: 25
wt: 210
ht: 5'11
bf%: I dont even wanna know!!! (maybe like 18-20%? never tested)
yrs training: 6, but I got fat after tearing my acl and sittin on my ass for a yr!!!
wks 1-3--- dbol 25mg ed
wks 2-8--- Sustanon (sust) 500-750 mg ( 2 shots a wk)
wks 4-12--- clen/eca 2 wks each
wks 5-11--- T3 taper up taper down
wks 6-12--- Winstrol (winny) 50 mg ed
wks 4-12--- nolva 40 mg ed
training
cardio 5x/wk 30-45 mins
weights 5 days a week (different body part each day, heavy weights)
diet (for cutting)
220-280 g's protein ed
>80 g's carbs ed
>30 g's fat (mostly from olive oil) ed
So bassically im tryin to get (like most people want to) ripped to freakin death!!! my turn to Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) was for the extra boost. i worked hard in the gym (b4 acl blew) and played football and was somewhat close to my goal, but still far away. now i cant play, but still want the pysique. YA I KNO, DIET AND CARDIO!! DIET AND CARDIO! but we're all using Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) cause they give us that extra little bit. so far so good
oh! wen does the sus kick in?!? its been a month already?!?
any suggestions for me would be greatly appreciated.
