Great high bp supps

I think this whole high BP o cycle thing is overblown. I had my blood pressure taken 4 times on cycle with no Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and each and every time it was around 100/60 or lower. All you need to do is drink plenty of water and not eat spoonfulls of salt or sugar.

Well I do drink plenty and I dont do the salt and sugar thing lol. I been taking this protocol I think more than a week and its really dropped down to normal after this week its just maintenance

Lol, that's good. I wasn't aiming that at you. I sure hope that someone serious enough about bodybuilding to do steroids wouldn't be eating spoonfulls of sugar. I'd be a little worried about what the rest of their diet looks like :D

Congrats on getting your BP back to normal :)

Thx bro fuck speaking of bp I drank pre workout today and felt like shit and it went up high first time this week I wont be taking pw anymore

Yeah you need to be careful about that. High BP + Intense training + Caffeine or other stimulants = A heart attack waiting to happen.

Ya I didnt feel good at all I went to gym twice and pw fucked me up my heart was racing most of the night

I was on 2 scripted hbp meds. When I started my cycle, it went way up again. Had to get on another med as well. Being on cycle can def raise it. Those kind of supps will never help someone like me that has genetically inherited it.

I get that way too when I have caffeine. A few months ago I was out with some friends and got a fuel from black rock. There was like 4 or 5 shots of espresso in it and as someone who doesn't consume caffeine on a habitual basis, that's a great deal of caffeine. My heart felt like it was going to leap out of my chest for the next 12 hours. I didn't fall asleep until about 3 A.M. either. Never again :Pat:

You could grab some N2Guard - but honestly i don't ever run any cycle support during my cycle - i run it after as the goal of a PCT is to return your body to homeostasis

Not true, if your genetically prone for it you will likely have issues. I have taken all of the above supplements as well as many others and it still didn't get my BP right. I take 10mg lisinopril/12.5mg hctz a day now with 10mg cialis and I'm g2g.

im with meathead on this .... i have tried all those supps and while i felt they did help my heart a bit, they didnt get my bp under control.... high bp is basically the only negative side i get while on. shit, im not on a cycle right now and my bp is in the 135/90 neighborhood and resting heartrate is 90-110 bpm. i havent tried potassium yet. i try to lay off the meds until i go on cycles but i think i am gonna have to go on yr round :(

Maybe I'm just one of the lucky few then. I wasn't suggesting people be careless and not moniter their blood pressure, I was stating that the effects steroids have on BP are not as pronounced as everyone claims. I've always had the EXACT same blood pressure on cycle as off, but then again maybe that is just me. I also don't retain very much water on cycle so there's probably not very much aromatization going on in me.

Wow, and that's you in your avi right? You don't look like you're carrying very much fat or water so it's hard to believe your BP and heart rate are that high. Do you do cardio?

hey clamp, that was me before my knee injuries... and u may not believe me but that was all gained by the beautiful fountain of youth they call natty test! i was very healthy then however, i remember going to my doctor back then and seeing my bp at 140/90 +.. i think it may be hereditary. all my uncles and my grandpa on my mothers side have each had at least 1 bypasss surgery each! so i think i may be the fucked one from my sibilings. al my brothers and sis are heart healthy. better me than them.

Nice natty body, it shows you actually worked before jumping on AAS.

That sucks about your knee. How'd you get injured?
