I don't see what's so bad about shoulder width being 31 and his waist circumference being 36. Maybe you guys are thinking circumference for shoulders or something? That's decent sized. Most guys are only like 20 some inches across up there.
I looked at his pic though and his delts don't look that great, maybe because they are hidden under too much fat.
