greatest lean bulk cycle ...help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guys please help me design a 10 OR 12 week cycle considering the following :
CYCLE WILL BE 10 WEEK PREFERABLY .
FACTS ABOUT ME:
1) 2 nd cycle in life , first one was a test only cycle dosed at 400 mgs/wk which I did at 15 % bf and gained a shit load of bloat . Gained total of 30 pounds but more than 80% bloat.
I consider my first cycle a complete waste.
2) For this reason I would like to use non aromatizing steroids because I am very susceptible to test bloat as I had discovered.
3) I only want 12-15 pounds of QUALITY LEAN gains…please don’t suggest test only cycles because I want to take test at minimum possible dose because it causes bloat.
4) This will be a LEAN MASS ONLY CYCLE

I have been training for 8 plus years and am 27 years old.
6ft1 170 pounds 12 % bf
I know I am light but the problem is I have disgusting skinny fat indian genetics with a very small bone structure, so achieving the above itself has been a challenge for me. ( I started as extremely lanky with no abs ( 150 pounds 15 % bf roflmao)

The following are options :

1) Test cyp- 1- 10 wks 250 mgs/week, turinabol 1-8 weeks 50 mgs per day/ finish with Winstrol (winny) for last 6 weeks 50 mg eod
2) Test cyp 1-10 wks 250 mgs/week, EQ 1-12 weeks 400 mg/week , Winstrol (winny) for last 6 weeks 50 mg eod
3) Boldeneone 400 mg /week ( 12 weeks), turinabol 8 weeks 50 mgs per day, Winstrol (winny) for last 6 weeks 50 mg eod
4) Test cyp- 1- 10 wks 250 mgs/week, turinabol 1-8 weeks 50 mgs per day/ anavar 1-8 weeks dosed moderately high everyday
5) Test cyp 1-10 wks 250 mgs/week, EQ 1-12 weeks 400 mg/week , anavar 1-8 weeks dosed moderately high everyday
6) Boldeneone 400 mg /week ( 12 weeks), turinabol 8 weeks 50 mgs per day, anavar 1-8 weeks dosed moderately high everyday

Guys please note that I can also get primo, proviron , deca etc but considering this is my second cycle I don’t want to mess with hard stuff like tren.

As fat as DIET is concerned I will go to 3j …but plan to consume not more than 500 calories above maintenance as this is a lean bulk cycle only ..break up will be 60 % protein 30 % carbs 10 % fat
Foods will be: lots of chicken breast and eggs, whey protein, cottage cheese, veggies, brown bread , brown rice, olive oil and nuts.
 
Some compounds aid in bulk or cut or whatever you want to do. It's the food you take in is what does it. Like I said some compounds are better for certain things. Like I can bulk on tren and most people say it can't be used in a bulk and is surly can. It's the food you out into your body which will be the difference
 
Hey man I already specified what my diet would be ....

Now if you were in my shoes which combo of drugs would you pick considering a shorter cycle, maximum leaness , maximum muscle gain and least side effects.....number one concern is hairloss

What is the best choice.... Please don't talk about diet coz I have that covered..
 
use test prop...it has less bloat then long ester test and faster results, therefore better for shorter cycle....

And tbol (gains like dbol with less bloat)!!!!! Drink lots of water and very low sodium to keep bloat to a minimum, an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) should help too.

1-10 Prop 100mg eod (350mg/week)
1-4 tbol 50mg ed
