gross amount of food intake

this might not be in the right forum, but this is where I think most of the brains, or at least knowledge is....lol

my Highland Games event is on the 27th of this month.i am currently running teste, Anadrol,and some deca. 6' tipped the scales at 259 after my back workout today. still have some upper abs much to my disbelief.

before anyone says man up, andi have to come through the screen of this iPad, consider the fact that the Anadrol sides are brutal right now, killing the appetite and I dread eating right now almost as bad as getting a tooth pulled.
I am taking in three protein,5 eggs, oatmeal, fruit shakes a day right now, besides the rest of what I'm eating.
my question is, somebody suggested monster mass to me the other day. I looked it up and it carries 600+calories a shake.
any Canadians know where to buy it, and what are opinions on this stuff?
 
na those are pure horseshit mostly fillers. once u get a few days of big eating ur body will want u too all the time. try calorie dense food nuts bananas anything then when u get ur appetite then clean up the diet.
 
if you are going to go the mass gainer shake route, look into muscle juice 2600. tastes delicious but mixes like shit, you must use a blender. 4 scoops is one serving, somewhere around 1300 calories with water. i use one scoop with 10oz of milk in the morning, that's the only shake i have throughout the day. 4 scoops at once would just be too much. i would do one scoop with breakfast, one post workout, one afternoon one before bed. make them with milk, you're looking at around 2000 calories added onto your whole foods diet right there. no matter how not hungry you are you can always force down liquid. you get 72 scoops per container. i've compared muscle juice to monster mass and a couple others, it's the best pound for pound. try the chocolate creme.
 
Pick up some ghrp-6 brother. 300mcg of this will make you want to eat a horse.

is 100 mcgs 1ml or 1mg? RUI has ghrp-6 at 5mg per vial. if 100mcg is 1 mg which i believe it is, that would mean one of these 35 dollar vials would only last roughly 2 days? i'd rather just force the food down my throat. there's got to be other things out there that make you want to eat. i remember my mom taking some stuff called remeron i believe? i'll have to ask her, but apparently one of the sides was it made you hungry as hell. i believe it's perscription only though. shouldn't be too hard to get though seeing as how it's not a narcotic.

i personally hate taking gainers on a cycle, tried it on my last cycle and increased my bp quite abit
always stick with whey iso :)
 
GNC carries Beyond Raw Mass Gainer

matt i comapred that to muscle juice as well. no where near as good. i believe rebuilt mass only had 13 servings, 3 scoops per serving. muscle juice as 19 servings, 4 scoops per serving. rebuilt mass was roughly the same price as well. way better off with muscle juice imo. not only that i believe gnc's brand of shit is just that... shit. i can attest that muscle juice uses quality ingredients and their nutritional facts don't lie. a lot of these companies claim their products actually have more than they do, and use subpar ingredients for the carbs and protein.
 
i agree, still got 3/4 of a tub sittin here from like a year ago, hated it, and made me feel like shit after, made me bloated as fuck!
rather just stick to a high carb diet

i never tried the original, but for them to have cut out a lot of sugar, it tastes great. honestly the best i've tasted with milk. never tried it with water, i think every protein powder tastes like shit with water though. i use milk, luckily i don't gain fat easily. i live on milk now

seems like ur relying too much on shakes already... for me I won't go more than 2 shakes per day and that's only if there's a time issue. Usually the only time I take a shake is in the morning as soon as I wake up or after my 45min walk with the dog... I find ground beef to be the easiest/most convenient to make into meals and eat 2-3 times per day. I eat chicken too, but it just doesn't give me the muscle fullness of redmeat.

in short... don't rely on the market and hype of shakes, u'd be surprised how little pros use that stuff at all even with it being free. Ur much better off to make ur own. From time to time just add a scoop or two of protein powder, 500ml milk, some fruit and some ice cubes (this is my daily morning one). Oatmeal is great for cals too, big bowl of it cooked with some brown sugar and milk = good stuff.

keep to what ur doing and gaing the weight over time, not a race... nearly 260 at 6' is impressive already bro, keep it up ;)
 
lol i dont even began to taste it, add water, add 2 scoops of protein and down the hatch in a few seconds lol

Well now a days I make my shakes with a banana and some fruit with NOW brand unflavoured whey Isolate and some pure vanilla extract. 28g is the weight of the serving and it has 25g protein insane ratio.
