do any of u dudes go through this. this week right below my shoulder and a little in the elbow starting hurting a bit, some days its bad but now its not to bad, also i notice when i am sleeping that my fingers fall asleep now and stuff. damb getting big has some drawbacks. anything to help aid this?

I don't have any pain in my arm but I do get waken up by my fingers falling asleep. Sometimes that hurts, especially in my thumb.

The numb fingers is from bad circulation. Get your blood looked at under a microscope. I bet it has Roleou. Which is basically where the red blood cells are stacked together like a roll of pennies. I have this and found out a few months ago.
There are things you can take that will clear it up, but I bet this is what your problem is....as far as the fingers.

Coral Calcium has been known to help.
There are some other things, I will find out tomorrow and post the name on here.

yea one of my buddies said to get some calcium, but u say CORAL calcium, i'll head to the health store and get some, the pain today is gone in my arm, but when i sleep if i have my elbow bent my middle and ring finger go numb at the tips, i just flop my arm over the bed and its gone in seconds. but yea, i'll go pick some of that stuff up. Thanks guys

actually the main reason you are probably getting numb fingers is because your arms may be getting bigger, but when you sleep you may be bending your arm a bit which causes you to pinch your radial nerve, when you straighten your arm back out the nerve will be free. Many people think it is due to circulation but usually it is a nerve problem do not worry too much.

i think that is what it is. my arms have put on 1 full inch in 6 weeks so i know that is alot of stress on that part...

Yeah bro I ahve the same problem when I am on. I will be sitting there with my arms crossed and my fingers will go numb, added size + bent arms =numb fingers
