Growth and Insulin

Do i have to take insulin to see the full effects of growth hormone? One of my bro's told me if im gonna take growth that i have to take insulin to go along with it. What does insulin do ?

It depends on your goals. If your looking to bulk up while taking it, then I would say that insulin is essential. You might want to study on how GH effects insulin resistance.
