Growth Hormone for Everyone...

so can it increase strength and muscle mass or pretty much just leanness.
HGH by itself is fairly worthless as a muscle builder. It's true potential as an aid to muscle building is when used in conjuction with AAS.

Someone on this board posted a thread from another board awhile back which was started by one of the top pros competing in the Mr. O. I can't remember who the pro was, but he wrote that HGH has 2 primary benefits to muscle building while on AAS.
1. it does help a bit with recovery.
2. It's greatest benefit is allowing the user to consume the large amounts of calories needed to maximize the benefits of Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) while allowing less fat storage from the excess calories. This makes sense when you consider that before HGH use came on the scene the pros like everyone else gained an excess amount of body fat while on a "bulking Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) cycle", only to lose much of the extra muscle while trying to get cut for the shows. This is why the current Mr. O Pros are so much heavier and more ripped than the Pros were prior to the days of HGH use. Also explains why the current Pros have such larger girth in their trunks, (HGH gut).
