this morning i did my leg workout, went well did 5 x 5 on squat, 2x12 on extension, and 2x12 on curl (both legs). and during that time, was being made fun of by a few guys at the gym! they were mocking me because i was only squatting 165 at my worksets (i havnt squatted in 6 months so i wanna get my good form back first ) and it still killed my legs. now mind you, these guys are the guys that i see do the same workouts everyday, bench, tries, pulldown, curls. <-- 5 days a week for these guys... its sad! i just wanted to kick them in the nuts. im sure that you have all dealt with these kind of people before, but WOW they made me mad i just felt i needed to vent lol...
OH!!! its never the big guys that are like this, they are always nice and friendly and helpful its these tiny guys that are pissed about somethin, and have "small-man-syndrome". egos should be left at the front door as soon as you walk into a gym
