Gynecomastia issues!!

So I have recently started my first cycle and feel I am already having onset of some Gynecomastia.

I am having some serious tenderness and can feel a small mass(about the size of a small marble) behind my right nipple.

Funny thing is I only took my first shot of test cyp on 4 days ago. I started taking 20mg of Proviron and 10mg Nolvadex yesterday.

My plan was to take 400mg test cyp for 10 weeks and throw some Winstrol in at the end.

I would add an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like arimidex or aromasin. They are better at ridding estrogen than Nolva is. Could also get some letro if you really want to kill estrogen...beware of letro sides before going that route.

You may have had gyno from puberty and you just never noticed. What is your bf %?

Also I highly doubt you would develop a lump that size after 4 days of test.

Also go with aromasin first because if you take letro it will hinder any gains.. although if you are getting gyno so badly I would definitely suggest ending your cycle...unless you want big titties

should have been running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) from the get-go... live and learn bro

nolva at 30mg per day for the next weeks should help out, but also be sure to run adex or aromasin from now until the end of your cycle or it will keep coming back...

if it appeared so quickly into your cycle it is most likely gyno from puberty... nothing u can do about it... ai's will keep it at bay, but they WON'T get rid of the gyno, only surgery can do that

I had the same but mine was after 5 weeks. I stuck with nolva at 30mg a day. it seemed to stop the tenderness but didnt completely go. Although now after 2 months it seems to have sunk back and become normal again. I heared that if there is a rock hard lump though that letro is the only thing that has a chance of melting the lump. Otherwise your looking at surgery on it. But like what others said ive never heared of one developing so fast
