Hey guys first post here
Basically i used to be into bodybuilding, about 6 years ago i stopped after i lost my sister to cancer and my dad to a heart attack , when i was bodybuilding i was using tren once and i got gyno lumps under my nipple so i ended up taking some nolvadex and it cleared a few years later it came back and cleared after a week or two it has now came back and i thought maybe it will clear again well iv waitied a month and its getting worse now puffy nipple and a lump underneath , ******NO SOURCING ALLOWED******** Would the docotrs help me with this ? I just feel a bit embarrased to be honest but i need to sort this thanks in advance
