Gyno advice

I have been clean for over a year with a 2-cycle low dose history. 6 months ago I developed a 1/2-dollar size lump under my right nipple. Gyno verified on mammogram. I am getting a hormone assay to make sure there is no underlying cause. I did a short run of tamoxifen 3wks and the mass shrank but came back same size after going off the tamoxifen. I can have the surgery under my insurance so cost is not a factor. The lump is visually almost unnoticeable. I just wanted some opinions. How bad will a scar look? Could I still use gear with caution in the future? Should I just wait on the SX until it gets worse or knock it out now?

What insurance do you have?

Many of us have gyno FAR worse than that and insurance won't pay a dime.

I can't even believe the doctor/insurance agreed to pay for a mammogram for you.

Letrozole should take care of that gyno for you.

COSIGN on the Letrozole

I had a lump under my left nip about the size of a quarter. I took Nolvadex at 40mg a day and the lump shrank but then I finished my cycle and the lump went away on its own. I say give it time and take nolvadex again at a higher dose.

Depends on the quality of the surgeon, but it should be relatively unnoticeable and invisible unless you know it is there. Most guys have really light scars that fade over time.

Yes you can use Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) after the surgery and your chances of developing gyno afterwards will be close to nil.

Might as well get it cut out now unless you would be ok with how it is currently. Then if it gets worse you could have the surgery. Of course this is all dependent on whether or not the gyno is hormone dependent and could be treated with medication through your doctor.

Thanks for the advice. I have a bottle of letro. I will give it a try. I will run it at 1.25mg Qod now that I have had my blood work taken. I never had gyno symptoms while using gear. I wonder why it started 6months later? I even followed Swales post cycle therapy (pct). Thanks again.
