gyno...:( help

So this morning I woke up and I noticed gyno on my left nipple.. i took like 40mg exemestane to kill off aromatase and then downed about 70mg nolvadex to prevent any estrogen from binding..


This got me really down, throughout the day i felt my nipple getting more and more tender ( left side only) and going to the gym didnt even feel good

my bodyfat is like 20% im a retard i dont know what i was thinking, maybe that I was some special case or something -___-

is gyno real easy to get rid of?

I was supposed to pin today but im considering just ditching gear and starting post cycle therapy (pct) NOW.

I fell off my skateboard and hurt my wrist anyway, bench has been difficult, not allowing wrist to recover

Also my ancillaries are from sten labs and im doubting their effectiveness, considering ordering some clomid and nolvadex from a diff site


what do u guys think??? end cycle?? continue cycle? Up the aromasin and take nolvadex for a week or so while the estrogen clears?

Im going to see how I wake tomorrow but im stopping the pin for today
 
How old are you? You took way too much nolva imo. If theyre itchy or puffy and havent formed any hard knots yet, you can still reverse it. Letro would be your best bet. But becareful with it because it is STRONG. There are protocols on here how to take letro. If youre young, i would advise starting the post cycle therapy (pct) and cycle when youre older
 
test E 550mg weekly, and yeah im young.. 20. i do feel like i took too much nolva too. I panicked. Feel slightly fatigued and sex drive dropped.

everyone once in a while il feel a sensation in my nipple area idk if its growing or receding.


OK Stats 20 year old, 6'0 200lbs
Running 550 MG test e
Bodyfat HIGH :20% is what i give it

I was taking aromasin eod didnt think this would happen, but yeah ive upped the dose and took the nolva for the first time on cycle at ~70mg

But now idk how to handle it. can one of you suggest how to get off? I think I will just start post cycle therapy (pct) and save the gear for later when im more educated and the bf is lower.

All I have is aromasin and nolva, i can order more ancillaries if necessary
 
I used to be 300 lbs with HUGGEEE manboobs my nipples have always had this solidy-ish lump under them, that I had noticed after i lost weight, but it wasnt as hard as it is now

This morning i woke up with the lump hurting, and it was only my left side that started looking like a... BOOB. it got a roundish shape not just hard. however after the aromasin and the nolva it has receded to just being a lump and no longer boobish.

I think i agitated some preexisting lump that i had from my obese days.

to be honest the fact that it receded gives me hope for continuing the cycle but at the same time i feel like il need to keep more ancillaries on hand because if im gonna be using this on cycle il need something else for PCT


i just need advice on how to handle the situation guys, if most of u say stop il stop but im a pretty smart guy and i think i can keep this back and then justreverse it at the end of the cycle
 
Seems like you should post cycle therapy (pct) now. Click on the banner up there with the lion and you'll have easy access to some Nolva and Clomid.
 
Alright but how should I handle the PCT?

Right now I have Aromasin and Nolva like I said before


I really wanna try letro and I heard that clomid reduces aromasin's effectiveness or the other way around
 
yeah but i was in a state of anxiety finding things wrong with everything so i sort of wanted someone to prove me wrong.. youre right though my health is more important than my wallet lol

and i want to cycle OFF please :D

All you need is Nolva and Clomid to post cycle therapy (pct). You don't need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), so put away your Aromasin. Everyone has their own opinion on their Nolva/Clomid post cycle therapy (pct) dosage but I personally do it....Nolva 20/20/20/20, Clomid 50/50/50/50. Start two weeks after your last pin.

Hi bud,

Should he continue to use arimidex until the first day of post cycle therapy (pct)? or use nothing in these 2 weeks?
 
but the fact that I got gyno means that alot of test aromatized wouldnt I want to keep on taking a SERM ??

and the rest of the test may aromatize too, wouldnt i want an AI?

Im not questioning you i'd just like to know the biology behind it
 
i was wondering if we do have a chance for gyno to occur even if we use Arimidex 0.5mgs EOD ? if yes how it happens.
 
I was taking 12.5mg eod of aromasin buddy if it happens thats probably because your dose is too low, or if ur like me BF was too high thus requiring a higher dose because of more aromatase in my system produced by adipose tissue
