My first battle with gyno only took like 5 days, to feel symptoms. I had just started with 2 amps of sus, and boom!!
Took 60mg of nolva for few weeks, quite the sus, and continued with other Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and all was good.
Now I have to be very cautious in planing out cycles.

If you feel like you need to stick with just 10mg and see how you feel. I would really doubt you need any more than this on a PH cycle. Everyone is different but i think this might be a case of "IN YOUR MIND"
