Gyno Prevention On Test C

Most people will need low dose AI to keep E2 levels optimal on your dosage of 500 mg test pw.

Some can get away with it, others thing they can, but they're water logged/moody/have gyno setting in they haven't noticed. I've seen it many times.

You can use letrozole as your AI, but it is very potent and not recommended. It is VERY cost effective, but some notice that even with optimal E2 levels, letro can affect mood and libido.

Effective dose of letrozole for that dosage is .6-1.25 mg PER WEEK. 2.5 mg per week is very strong and can cover 1 gram of test in most people.

Most would recommend Arimidex or aromasin as they are easier to dose and titrate, but you can experiment with letrozole.

The first symptoms are itchy nipples and swelling, but some people don't feel these before it's too late. The choice is yours. Your susceptibility to gyno comes down to genetics, drugs, and dosages.

If gyno sets in, you need raloxifene, the most effect drug at shrinking and reversing gyno. Once it's there, letrozole won't help most of the time.
