Gyno problems / Puffy nipples while on cycle

Hey guys move this if its in the wrong area, but have a question for you guys.... Currently running 525mg test and 400mg deca per week. In week 7 and just last week i started getting puffy nipples but no lumps or anything. I have been taking .5mg arimidex e3d. I did not run caber with this cycle as i have had no gyno/libido problems in the past with or without deca, so since this was happening i upped my dosage of arimidex to .5 e2d to see if it would calm it down a bit. And then i woke up one day and was just feeling for a lump and there seems to me a very tiny starting of one. Literally overnight this happened. So i went to the doc and the doctor told me i actually know more about steroids then him and was absolutely no help what so ever. He suggested that i up my dosage of arimidex to .5 ed and see if that helps, but I'm not wanting to do trial and error on my body and then realize its too late to change anything after. I was looking for a plan here of what i should do to combat this before it gets any worse. The beginning of this week i have upped my adex to .5 ed and started nolva at 20mg ed too and i can see the puffiness subsiding ( maybe ) hard to tell when your paranoid about it. Its very frustrating as most shirts i wear my nipple are poking through them and its really starting to bug me. Just wondering what you guys suggest as there is lots of differing opinions on the internet and clearly the doctor i seen was absolutely no help whatsoever. First thing I'm gonna do is go get blood work see what my e2 and test levels are because either this is estrogen gyno from the test or progesterone from the gyno. Also should add my nipples have not been soar or itchy or lactating or anything, They just started getting puffy and now this lump has started to show up.

Are you SURE theres a lump there? Is it not possible it's just in your head?

Either way, if you want peace of mind run Nolva at 20mg daily or Raloxifene at 40mg daily. Both will prevent gyno, and reverse any if it has occurred.

You should also get blood work to determine where your e2 is at before changing your AI dose. Most docs don't know much about steroids.. we have to educate ourselves.

Might also help if you use proper paragraphs, the wall of text is giving me headaches. Let me know if I missed or skipped over anything.

There is a study that says Tamoxifen lessens the effectiveness of arimidex. May be true, may not be. But if it were me I would choose Raloxifene when running arimidex at the same time. Start at 60mg daily and drop to 30mg daily after a few weeks in your case.

By the way, since when did puffy nipples become considered gyno?

Exactly!!

Dude sometimes you just have to live with it, I do. If you're taking the arimidex that should keep it from getting "out of control." But alot of times, even with AI and nolvadex theres still swollen glands underneath, u just have to deal with it.

Sorry about the big wall of text, I always try to get as much info in as possible so everyone who is commenting knows exactly all the possible scenarios. I'll break it up next time.

I wasn't saying puffy nips was gyno, albeit annoying and I was hoping that bumping up my ai would eleveate that problem but I do for sure have some lump behind my nipple as it is only in one nipple, so I kinda have a comparison between the two. And I will look into raloxifene and femara. I really don't think this is in my head and the doctor even said he felt something there but that doesn't really mean much I guess

Also I will go in for bloodwork Monday morning. What should I ask to get tested for. E2 levels which is my estrogen and test levels and anything else specific? I might as well get full bloods done and then I can post them up here and everybody can see where I am at exactly, as I am still trying to learn what all of it means.

Use Megatron28's signature and order the female panel. That will be sufficient for the purposes in your thread.

My .02c :)

fck, I was always under the impression the arimidex I got from a script was tamoxifen......lol

Going with that much AI is going to make you feel like shit. Using letro (femara) for gyno control is really old school. Unless you're using bunk adex, raloxifene will do the trick. Btw, puffy nipples are usually a combination of water retention and playing with your nipples.
